I would stay there again.

The room was a good set up for our family of 3. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond expectations. I would definitely stay there again if I had an early international flight out of Suvunabarmi Airport.

The room could have been cleaner.

Not as expected very hard to find decent food to eay

Breakfast wasn't included we thought 350 baht which is 8 pound very expensive and also no English food as advertised only thai food

Bed was very hard lighting wasn't good but was very clean staff where lovely

There was not much to like apart from the staff who did the best with a bad hotel

The position is in amongst a really dour area which becomes quite depressing at night

Close to Airport and Safari World so we come here for second time. New look for swimming pool and fitness, we get same room as last time, big, clean and good wifi.

Adequate.

Convenient location to our golf tournament and area with plenty of restaurants and nearby 7 Eleven. The rooms are large and have table, so that i can prepare breakfast for my sons when we leave very early for the tournaments rounds. We stay there regularly and I know they are trying to make improvements to the hotel.

The hotel restaurant. The food we ordered for dinner when we arrived was not edible. We ordered both Western and Thai. It was very greasy and of very low standard. This is one of the reasons we do not eat the breakfast there.

The room is very big and staff are helpful.

The room is very big and staff are helpful. There are seven eleven and local market not far from hotel walking around 5 minuets.The best choice in this area. I’ll come back next time.

Bad hotel

I stayed here 3 times, first time it was OK. They sold the hotel to someone else after the first time. 2nd time I need to pay extra for dirty towels, I have never need to do that. 3rd time bathroom not ok, breakfast not good. I will never stay there AGAIN

The staff were so friendly.

The staff were so friendly. Beautiful location if you don’t want to stay right in the city. The food was excellent from the restaurant down stairs and the rooms are 10/10. Will definently be staying there again.

Room very big with large bed, sofa, dining table, flat screen television with satellite channels, shower bath and balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good stay but all in one this time the service wasn't good. Next year we will look for another hotel

We got a big room same last year.

As last year we had a great time here, we decided to come back. The staff was friendly and helpful. So even we got cheaper offers we decided to stay again here. But this time am quite disappointed. I wrote an e-mail to tell them that we are coming back. I asked if possible to get a room on a high floor(we got 4th floor from 6 which is ok). But it seemed to me they didn't really check..the lady at the reception just asked me if 4th floor was ok on our arrival.. What most disappointed me, was the service. We have a 3 years old boy. We told them we are coming back. But we got only 2 towels instead of 3. So we had to call to let us bring the 3rd one. The day after cleaning our room with 3 towels, we found again only 2..doesn't make sense for me. Also the toilet paper wasn't enough and something maybe not urgent but i think it makes a much better service: they not even provide little hand towels. You have to clean your hands also with the shower towel..Is very pity. We had a good stay but all in one this time the service wasn't as good as last year. And next year we will not come back in this hotel. Sorry for that.

Bed in first room had springs digging into you second room had very hard mattress ,the room maids talked in there language loudly while I was room ! Better valve in other areas of Bangkok

Better than expected. Very happy.

The room was much bigger than I expected. Value for money. Also the room was very clean.

The pool could be bigger and cleaner. Also the gym smelt of mould and was very hot inside. Couldn't use at all.

perfect sublime peaceful pleasant - This is my 4th time and I always come back

Bathroom shower room will need upgrading sometime too much leaking water on the floor
